Job Title: Claims Validator
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 23,900 - 30,000, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Location: Aylesbury

About The Job:
As a Claims Validator, you will work closely with a network of Restoration specialists, local suppliers, and clients to assess and validate claims. You will liaise with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work, ensuring repair schedules are efficient and aligned with client requirements. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong negotiation skills will be key in successfully reconciling costs and claim coverage.
What you'll be doing:
- Building relationships with a network of suppliers
- Ensuring effective communication between all key stakeholders
- Validating costs and claim coverage
- Reconciling work carried out
- Adhering to service levels and client philosophies
- Liaising with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work
- Navigating roadblocks to reach an agreement on scope of works
Beneficial skills:

- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Attention to detail and investigative qualities
Previous experience validating claims or strong insurance experience is beneficial, but not essential. What matters most is your natural attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
