This well-established firm offers a full range of services to a varied client base, from sole traders and SMEs through to much larger companies, and will offer the Accounts Senior a competitive salary, depending upon experience, company pension and onsite parking.

As Accounts Senior your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing working papers, statutory accounts and management accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships
  • Working on a variety of interesting and complex accounts assignments across multiple sectors, liaising with seniors, manager and partners when required
  • Developing and applying your technical and commercial knowledge
  • Ensuring assignments are completed to a high standard, in time and within budgets
  • Building long lasting client relationships
  • Some tax work as required
  • Managing own workload in a timely and efficient manner to exceed client expectations
  • Supervising, training and assisting more junior members of the team
  • Build productive relationships with team members and colleagues, adopting a collaborative working approach

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong general IT skills and experience of accountancy software
  • A positive, confident and proactive attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and meet tight timeframes with high quality output
