Business Development Manager

I am looking for a Business Development Manager to join a domiciliary team in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. The role comes with basic salary, bonus and future career development.

Duties
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organisation
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced business developer and you will have an understanding of the social care sector, ideally with domiciliary care
