Client Administrator
25k rising to 27k

I am working with a smashing property management organisation who are busy and now require an additional person to join their client management team. If you have scheduling experience that would be great, but the company are willing to train a bright and dedicated individual!

You should have experience of receiving and resolving calls from customers and managing their expectations. This position is Monday to Friday 9-5pm and is on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Role duties

  • Taking incoming calls from clients and suppliers and responding within SLA agreed times
  • Logging of new works orders with key suppliers
  • Investigating and responding to e mails
  • Managing reactive jobs and scheduling the correct sub-contractors
  • Chasing down open jobs and quotes
  • Managing your own set portfolio of clients The ideal candidate will have a construction or property management background- but if not, the company will train where required.
  • You will have effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and superb forward planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent written skills
  • Strong Ms Office skills
  • Experience of web-based management systems
