My fast-growing client based in Long Crendon is looking for a highly organised and proactive Accounts Administrator to join their expanding team and you will be involved in preparing year end accounts, bank reconciliation and import/export document prep.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly can-do attitude. To be successful in this role you will need at least 3 years’ experience with Sage, and excellent MS Office skills.

Salary - £30,000-£31,000 DOE

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch.

This is a fully office-based position, with free on-site parking.

Duties:

  • Be the day to day point of contact for a mixture of Customers/Suppliers/Colleagues
  • Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Multi-currency Reconciliation
  • Data entry
  • Staff Wages
  • Process all Suppliers Invoices
  • Creating Sales Invoices
  • Credit Control on all costumers Outstanding balances
  • Dealing with Customers and suppliers Queries
  • Prepare all required Import/Export documents
  • Support marketing manager with, Sales Reports, Customer reports
  • Support sales manager order processing ...etc
  • Been involve in Stock take on a regular basis
  • Deal with all our contractors/Suppliers

Essential skills:

  • Highly Organized and Ahead Thinker
  • Strong Communication Skills on all levels
  • Friendly, professional, self-starting. can do attitude
  • Sage Account Software with 3 years’ experience minimum
  • Work to own initiative
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel/Word
  • Perform well under pressure, Happy to work with dead lines
