My client is well established in their field and are looking to grow their team with a new Accounts Receivable Assistant! Please note that this is an office based role and you will need to have your own car due to the remote location of the job but there is parking available on-site!
Description
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for:
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Sales order processing
- Sending customer statements
- Allocation of sales receipts
- Customer invoice queries
- Credit control (small part of role)
- Monthly reporting on AR
- Monitoring the shared inbox
- Month end duties
- General office duties
Profile
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be/have:
- Experience in a Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable role/s
- Computer literate, particularly in Excel
- Experience using an Accounting package/s
- Own car
- Immediately available
