Customer Service with Sales ledger and credit control - Immediate start!

Buckingham - logistics/ courier experience would be beneficial along with accounts/sales ledger - experience with SAP desirable but good Excel and IT knowledge needed

Up to £32,500

Stakeholder facing role - excellent communication and relationship building skills needed
Processing invoices and payments
Reconciliation of accounts
Dispute resolution - handling customers and queries and ensuring payment
Chasing overdue debts

Skills needed include influencing others, negotiation, and have a calm disposition. Accounts experience highly beneficial

A background in office based customer service with excellent IT skills
