The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant to join the business on a temporary basis to provide additional cover in the team. The position is anticipated to last around 6 months with the possibility of extension. Flexible hours available along with hybrid working arrangements.
Duties include:
- Assisting with the Purchase Ledger
- Responding to supplier queries
- Providing remittance advice
- Assisting with invoicing queries
- Preparing payment runs
- Processing expenses
About You:
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in an Accounts role, preferably from an AP/AR background, with good attention to detail and comfortable working within a small team.
