The role involves:

• Fully or Newly Qualified Teacher (QTS/ECT/PGCE) with classroom experience (applications from unqualified teachers are also welcome)
• Experience of teaching English at KS3 & KS4 or KS5
• A solid understanding of the English curriculum
• Passionate, knowledgeable, dedicated team player, and natural leader
• Determined and hardworking, ready to start making a positive impact from day one
