Head of Art - South Bucks

Are you a passionate and experienced art teacher looking for the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated head of art to lead the department at a highly regarded secondary school in the South Bucks area. The Role:
  • Lead and develop the art department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning

  • Teach engaging and creative art lessons to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students

  • Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and student progress tracking

  • Support and mentor colleagues within the department to enhance teaching quality

  • Work closely with school leadership to develop and implement departmental initiatives
