Supply Teacher - Aston Clinton - Primary Sector - EYFS - KS1 - KS2
Location: Aston Clinton
Salary: £140 - £219 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Contract Type: Temporary, Flexible
As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in education during teacher absences and cover for staff education and training.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons to primary or secondary school students.
- Managing the classroom environment, ensuring that behaviour is managed effectively and students remain engaged.
- Providing constructive feedback to students, following school policies, and marking work where required.
- Being adaptable and confident teaching across various subjects and year groups.
- Maintaining a positive learning environment and building rapport with students, even for short-term placements.
- Upholding the values and ethos of each school you work in.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to be flexible in your teaching approach.
