We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science to join a vibrant, mainstream Ofsted-rated "Good" secondary school in Aylesbury. This permanent role is set to start in January 2025 and offers the opportunity to work within a highly supportive team, with a strong focus on professional development and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Science across KS3 to KS5, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Plan and assess work, ensuring that students of all abilities are supported and challenged in their learning.
• Contribute to the school's thriving Science department, promoting innovative teaching methods and cross-department collaboration.
• Take part in the school's wide range of enrichment activities and support initiatives that promote both academic and personal development of students.

What we are looking for:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and a strong subject knowledge in Science.
• Ability to teach across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, with specialism preferred but not essential.
• Passion for creating an inclusive classroom environment where all students are engaged and supported.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional development.
