The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery
- Supporting individual and small-group learning
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Helping with classroom management and organization
- Providing pastoral care and support to pupils
- Working closely with teachers to identify and address pupils' needs
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for education and supporting children
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent) are desirable but not required
