The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery
  • Supporting individual and small-group learning
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
  • Helping with classroom management and organization
  • Providing pastoral care and support to pupils
  • Working closely with teachers to identify and address pupils' needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting children
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent) are desirable but not required
