As a Deputy Manager (Clinical), your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Home Manager in ensuring all resident and staffing needs are met.
- Embedding a safe and welcoming environment for residents, families, employees, and visitors.
- Providing high-quality care in line with standards set by the Trust, CQC, Local Authority, and other regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrating passion for care and effective leadership.
