Home-Based Supervising Social Worker

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the UK to recruit a Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.This is a home-based role, offering you flexibility in managing your schedule. The agency has an Outstanding Ofsted rating and follows a therapeutic approach, providing a supportive and professional working environment.________________________________________

Responsibilities:* Supervise and manage a team of foster carers, handling a small caseload (8-10 foster families) in the Milton Keynes and Dunstable areas.* Provide support and guidance to foster carers in managing cases.* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, local agencies, and stakeholders.* Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff.________________________________________
