About the role:

• Provide compassionate and individualized support to students facing complex challenges, helping them navigate and overcome obstacles in a positive and encouraging environment.
• Use a flexible yet consistent approach to meet each student’s unique needs, with a focus on tailored communication and building trust.
• Demonstrate resilience and a solution-focused mindset, ready to adapt and find effective strategies as students’ needs change throughout the day.
• Play a key part in students’ emotional, social, and academic growth by fostering a supportive and inclusive school culture.
• Join a committed team in making a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives of young people, helping them to build confidence and resilience.

The ideal candidate must:

• Possess the legal right to work in the UK
• Have a current DBS registered on the update service or be willing to obtain one
• Demonstrated experience working with students who have complex and challenging behaviours
• Comfortable and adaptable in diverse environments
• Able to provide effective support to teachers both in and around the classroom
• Experience working with small groups of children, providing focused and personalized support
