They are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Domiciliary Care Coordinator to spearhead the delivery of personalised care services within their organisation. Your role will be pivotal, encompassing leadership and management of day-to-day operations in the homecare service.

Your focus will be on ensuring functional rostering, strict compliance with regulatory standards and upholding the utmost levels of care quality, all while prioritising client satisfaction.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Level 3 (NVQ) - For Senior Health and Social Care Worker, and above
  • Leadership and Management experience within a Health and Social Care environment.
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience (any level) within the homecare/ domiciliary care setting.
  • Valid driving license to drive in the UK and access to own car for work use.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with electronic rostering, care planning and care monitoring systems.

What will your role look like?

  • Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the service
  • Out of Hours On-Call duties
  • Ensure the delivery of high-standard personalised care to clients
  • Ensure compliance with CQC Regulations.
  • Deep networking with the social and local community
  • Oversight of Audits and Quality Assurance processes
  • Ensure the service is compliant with safeguarding practices.
  • Adapt promptly to regulatory changes and company business needs.
