  • Manage a caseload of children and families, offering support and guidance to improve their lives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with children and young people to ensure their needs and voices are central to care plans.
  • Coordinate and commission services to provide tailored support for families.
  • Collaborate with partners through statutory and planned meetings, ensuring the best outcomes for children.
Key Duties
  • Develop intervention plans that truly reflect the needs of children and young people.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and comply with all administrative and financial procedures.
  • Support social work students through guidance and development.
  • Regularly liaise with your line manager and engage in professional development opportunities.
  • Participate in the team's duty rota, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
