Exciting Opportunity for a Cover Supervisor in Aylesbury!Job Title: Cover SupervisorLocation: Aylesbury (HP20)Rate: £110 - £140 per dayWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a specialist SEMH school in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners with Autism Condition/Autism Spectrum Disorder who find mainstream settings challenging. Your patience, calm approach, and understanding of behavioural needs will make a real impact in their education.Key Responsibilities:* Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning* Support students both in classroom and in intervention settings* Foster a positive and structured classroom environment* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support student progress* Build strong relationships with learners to encourage engagementKey Requirements:* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in the UK (essential) at Secondary level* Experience working with SEMH students (ideal but not essential) or learners requiring behaviour management* Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different learning needs* A patient, calm, and resilient approach to supporting studentsIf you're an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school, we would love to hear from you.
