As an SEN Teacher, you will work collaboratively with the rest of the staff to ensure the schools teaching methods are aligned with national curriculum and sharing knowledge. Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Providing a supportive and nurturing environment to foster academic and personal growth
  • Collaborating with other educators, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Using innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, and adjusting strategies as necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and legal requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and think creatively
