Back to searchTechnical Project Coordinator - BuckinghamshirePertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Technicial Project Coordinator for our client based in Buckinghamshire.Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE and qualification)Hours: 8:30-5 pm (Flexible)Duties:This role plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of both sales quoting and project coordination processes. This hybrid role bridges the gap between the PA to Sales & Directors, the technical sales team, and the Projects team. Responsibilities include interpreting specifications, generating detailed quotes, managing project documentation, and coordinating technical tasks. The ideal candidate has a background in project coordination, document management, technical specifications, and strong collaboration skills across departments.- Review specifications and details provided by sales personnel.- Collaborating with the technical department to confirm application requirements.- Inputting technical specifications, product configurations, and pricing data into the quoting system.- Generating, reviewing, and verifying quotes for accuracy and completeness before sharing them with sales personnel.- Assist the sales team in resolving any ambiguities or discrepancies in the quoting process.- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and pricing structures.- Tracking and managing quoting processes, ensuring quotes are delivered on time.- Provide administrative support, including organizing and maintaining records of quotes and communications.- Attending customer sites in UK and Internationally as required.- Act as a liaison between the PA to Sales & Directors and the Projects team to ensure smooth communication and task execution- Organise and manage project folders, ensuring documents are properly titled and stored in the correct directories.- Assist in the creation and management of technical drawings and 3D models for project development and client presentations- Coordinate site surveys and visits alongside key personnel, ensuring all necessary details are captured and communicated.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, or a related field.- 3 years of proven experience in project coordination, particularly in a technical or engineering environment.- Experience conducting site surveys and creating technical documentation and drawings.- Knowledge of technical specifications- Proficiency in using quoting systems, CRM, ERP, or similar tools.- Ability to read and understand technical specifications related to machinery or industrial equipment.- Experience in a sales support, quoting, or administrative role; ideally in a technical or industrial environment.- Familiarity with 3D modeling and drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor).- Proficiency in document management systems and project tracking tools.If you would be interested, in this role, then please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps Aylesbury
