Our client, a leading innovator in scientific capital equipment, is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join their growing commercial team based in High Wycombe.This is a full-time, permanent role offering a base salary of £28,000–£30,000, plus an attractive bonus and commission structure. Applicants must have valid UK work authorisation. ?? What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prospect and generate high-quality leads 
  • Identify customers’ technical requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Keep sales pipelines up to date via the CRM system.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at sales conferences and exhibitions (2–3 per year).
  • Hit the road for on-site demonstrations and customer visits.
  • Support the marketing team with digital content creation and campaign ideas.
  • Assist in system installations and provide aftersales support when needed.
  • Constantly seek new ways to increase market share and streamline sales processes.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject – Physics or Material Science preferred.
  • A clean UK driving license and willingness to travel (25% of the role).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural relationship builder – able to influence and engage with confidence.
  • A self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
