Key Requirements for the Maintenance Handyperson:
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, repairs, plumbing, minor building works, woodworking, landscaping, and gardening.
2. Ensure all repairs and installations comply with safety codes and regulations, using personal protective equipment as required.
3. Manage and maintain tools and equipment, order supplies, and keep the work area organized.
4. Document completed work, including time, materials, and provide estimates and invoices for services.
5. Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, handle physically demanding tasks, and manage time to meet project deadlines.
