Description
- Processing purchase invoices
- Initially dealing with a backlog of invoices that need clearing
- Dealing with internal and external invoice queries
- Chasing payments via phone and email and escalating any queries that need further attention
- Allocation of cash
- Reconciling accounts
- Bank reconciliations
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A working knowledge of accounts payable and credit control
- Be immediately available
- Able to commit to the month of December.
