PERMANENT ROLE - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

AYLESFORD 

£18.50ph / £40k PERM SALARY 

Monday - Friday + Overtime Available 

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company working within the distribution industry. They are looking to onboard a reliable and hard working Class 2 Driver to join their already flourishing team!

You will be delivering a range of palletised goods to various locations within London. As a driver you will be representing the company first hand, by being at the forefront of the business. Therefore, the successful candidate will need excellent customer service understanding, paired with the ability and competency on the operational side. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate the vehicle safely and effectively on the road as well as on site

• Undertaking daily vehicle checks ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy

• Maintain a successful delivery rate adhering to ETA's

• Unload vehicle at delivery sites using tail-lift and electric pump truck

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork

• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Valid class 2 licence

• Up to date CPC

• Tachograph card

• No more than 6 points

• Physically able as the role includes a fair bit of manual work 

• Flexible and reliable with a good attitude
