Rate: 17 p/hour Mon-Sat & 21.25 p/hour for Sunday.

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
  • Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
  • Manage and train junior kitchen staff
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices
  • A valid DBS check
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
