Marketing ManagerLocation: Aylesford, KentSalary: Competitive DOEHours: Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5.30 pm (45 min lunch), Friday 9 am - 4 pm (1 hr lunch)

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead marketing initiatives across five divisions, overseeing social media, CRM, content, and internal communications. This role involves managing a small team, ensuring the successful implementation of multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing campaigns developed by the Commercial Marketing Director while contributing to their development
  • Manage marketing activities across social media, CRM, content, and other channels
  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
  • Lead the day-to-day management of social media platforms, promoting key initiatives
  • Oversee CRM activity, supporting teams such as fundraising to optimise engagement
  • Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
  • Manage internal communications, working with senior stakeholders to gather content
  • Line manage two marketing professionals, overseeing workloads and task assignments
  • Support senior fundraising stakeholders with promotions and event photography

People Management:

  • Manage your team, including absence and performance management, annual appraisals, and training needs
  • Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for employees and volunteers

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing or communications
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Experience with social media, CRM systems, and content marketing
  • Commercial mindset with success in growing brand awareness and revenue
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a marketing calendar supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing management
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with CMS tools such as WordPress
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Mailchimp
  • Skills in photography and videography
