- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential B2B clients.
- Manage and grow key accounts, focusing on maximising business relationships and increasing sales.
- Implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to ensure effective sales pitches.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate the smooth delivery of services.
- Regularly report on sales results and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
