This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in B2B sales, looking to further their career in business development and account management within a growing company.Day-to-day of the role of the business development executive: 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential B2B clients.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, focusing on maximising business relationships and increasing sales.
  • Implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to ensure effective sales pitches.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate the smooth delivery of services.
  • Regularly report on sales results and maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications of the business development executive: 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
