Senior Site Manager - Residential Development (Civil Groundworks & Roadworks)A leading residential developer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the civil groundworks and roadworks aspects of a prestigious new residential development project. This exciting opportunity will involve overseeing a team of skilled professionals in the construction of essential infrastructure for a thriving new community. About the Project:This project involves the development of homes in a community. The site manager will be responsible for overseeing the following key aspects:

  • Groundworks: This includes excavation, site preparation, drainage installation, and laying foundations for the homes and associated infrastructure.
  • Roadworks: This involves the construction of new roads, pavements, and access roads, ensuring seamless integration with the existing road network and pedestrian walkways.
  • Utilities: This includes coordinating the installation of essential utilities, such as water, gas, electricity, and telecommunications infrastructure.

About the Role:As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of all civil groundworks and roadworks activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Construction Management: Directly manage all aspects of civil groundworks and roadworks activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, safety protocols, and deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled groundworkers, civil engineers, and other site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
