THE ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

A Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all Engineering and Facility activities across both of our client's sites through a mixture of hands on and delegatory means.

Other duties will include:

  • Efficiently supervise and provide support to the team of technicians on any technical matters.
  • To improve service delivery performance and reduce costs where possible
  • Monitor and report on KPI's for department
  • Undertake engineer audits for machinery where necessary
  • Deliver Tool Box Talks.
  • Manage all aspects of engineering in relation to all works, from planning to completion
  • Developing practices, routines and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Formal engineering qualification
  • Electrical and mechanical Installation experience required
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices champions this across site and looks out for others. IOSH or higher
  • Good hydraulic knowledge
  • Good Pneumatic Knowledge
  • Good knowledge of food safety expectations and upholds them to ensure we never risk our products.
  • Experience of working in a FMCG environment
