- Managing customer documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), customer statements, and site-based certificates
- Handling customer inquiries and providing support for technical requests
- Monitoring the customer inbox and tracking customer questionnaires
- Assisting with data accuracy and label information
- Supporting the R&D team with project-based tasks
- Experience in the food industry is essential
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- £35,000 equivalent salary
