Customer Service Administrator

Mid Kent

£26,000 DOE

Monday to Friday, full time with hybrid working

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s busy and fast paced team.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with a high volume of B2B enquiries via telephone and email, delivering exceptional customer service both externally and internally
  • Document and call management using Salesforce, recording accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs dependent on the customer
  • Building and maintaining great customer relationships with a range of different corporate clients over the phone and via email
  • Generating quotations and dealing with billing enquiries
  • Problem solving, creatively managing any issues for customer base through to resolution.
  • Generating weekly/monthly reports accurately using Excel
  • Any other general administrative tasks as required

The successful Customer Service Administrator will have / be:

  • Experience in a relevant customer service role ideally within an office based environment
  • Good Excel skills - able to create formulas would be an advantage
  • Happy to problem solve and deal with complaints
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Calm, confident and polite on the phone, able to build professional relationships with ease
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A solid CV demonstrating reliability - job hoppers need not apply!

This company offer hybrid working, a competitive salary of up to £25,300 dependent on experience, a nice modern office environment and the opportunity to keep busy managing your own workload independently! Following successful probation, you will also receive a £500 salary increase.
