They are seeking a Production Operative to join their collaborative and hardworking team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the intake and quality testing of raw materials
  • Preparing materials for production, filling tote bins, and assembling ingredients
  • Operating mill control panels for machinery and grain storage
  • Maintaining accurate production records
  • Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety and quality standards
  • Forklift truck operation to move raw materials and finished products
  • Regular machinery maintenance and production area cleaning schedules
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

  • Comfortable working on your feet and in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to follow procedures, take initiative, and work independently
  • Team-oriented, with flexibility and a proactive mindset
  • Forklift truck experience (desirable but not essential)
