My client, a leading manufacturer in their field, is looking for an enthusiasticProduction Operativeto join their team. We are looking for someone that has previous experience working within an industrial environment and has a positive can-do attitude!

As a Production Operative, you will be:

  • Operating the production line equipment and machinery in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Assembling, packaging, and labelling products following quality control guidelines.
  • Performing routine maintenance checks and reporting any machinery issues to supervisors.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Following health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operating manual handling equipment when necessary.
  • Ensuring all products meet required quality standards.
  • Carrying out Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment, working as a Production Operative, Machine Operator, or similar position.
  • Physically fit due to the nature of the role must be able to lift up to 20kg in weight.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
