Production Operative - Aylesford
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm

Our client, a well-established 5th-generation family business, specialises in producing high-quality livestock nutrition. They are looking for a Production Operative to join their dedicated team. This role offers the chance to learn, grow, and play an essential part in the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the intake and quality testing of raw materials
- Preparing materials for production, including filling tote bins and assembling ingredients
- Operating mill control panels for machinery and grain storage
- Maintaining accurate production records
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards
- Operating a forklift truck to move raw materials and finished products
- Performing routine machinery maintenance and cleaning the production area
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow procedures, take initiative, and work independently
- A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
- Forklift truck experience (desirable but not essential)
