HRGO have a great new opportunity for a trainee fabricator / production operative to join a well established manufacturing company within the Aylesford area.

We are seeking a candidate who has some previous manufacturing experience, being familiar with stock levels and continuous improvements.

Being part of the fabrication team, you will be trained in the following:-

  • To fabricate standard products
  • To ensure that quality standards are met at all times
  • To ensure that output standards are met or exceeded
  • You will ensure stock accuracy of booked products
  • You will assemble and pack the product as necessary

Working in a team environment you will ensure a safe working environment is undertaken at all times, together with striving towards continuous improvements where possible. Moving stock from one area to another is also required.

This will start as an initial temporary position, but will go permanent after the successful probation period.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 6am - 12pm.
