Part Time Finance Manager - About The Role
A local SME is looking to recruit a part time Finance Manager to join their thriving business. You will take the predominant lead in all things finance, with an Administrator that provides supports across the transactional elements including credit control. This position offers hybrid working with the working hours anticipated to be 22.5 hours per week and our client is happy for the hours to remain flexible depending on the workload across the month.

Responsibilities will include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Production of the monthly management accounts including presentation to the Directors
- Update and manage the cash-flow forecast
- Complete VAT submissions
- Send out all invoices and monthly statement to customers
- Process and calculate monthly accruals, journals and prepayments
The successful Part Time Finance Manager will have/be:
- A solid background of working within an SME business environment
- Experience of working in a role that requires end to end knowledge of finance
- Experience of working with QuickBooks
