Are you a CI Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing / Industrial background, that is looking for the next step in your career, that will offer a clear scope of progression up to Head of CI and Senior Management roles, alongside having a 16% pension and unlimited overtime so you can significantly increase your earnings?

The Role:
*Provide coaching and direction to drive continuous improvement
*Utilise Lean Tools where required (Daily Mgmt, Problem Solving, VSM, Standard Work, 5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban, PFEP, SIOP) to identify waste and embed sustained improvement.
*Lead and mentor the existing workforce, to embed a continuous improvement ethos.
*Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, early Friday finish
*Hybrid working
The Candidate:
*CI or similar experience
*Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial businesses
*Based within commutable distance of Doncaster
