Job Title: Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance OperativeSalary: £34745pa to £39024pa depending on experienceContract Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks.
- Take lead on projects
- Troubleshoot in all trades
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues to the manager.
- Work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Painting and decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and jointing, siliconing, basic carpentry, other general maintenance duties.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Senior Multi-Skilled maintenance role.
- Experience in taking lead on projects.
- Being able to troubleshoot in all the trades.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A full UK driving license
- Valid CSCS card or willingness to gain.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week contracted hours, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
