We are looking to have someone join a global leader in supplying ingredients and premix manufacturing solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industries, with over 40 years of experience. The company offers expertise in ingredient sourcing and distribution, maintaining strategic stocks in over 35 locations worldwide.

As a Production Planner, you will play a critical role in managing production schedules to meet customer deadlines efficiently. Youll oversee stock control processes, collaborate across departments like Customer Support, Quality, and Production, and ensure seamless schedule adherence.

General responsibilities include:

  • Plan customer orders to maximize production efficiency.
  • Manage stock control tasks, including raw material allocation and stock rotation.
  • Oversee administrative tasks like raising batch documents and booking stock.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure raw materials are sampled and available on time.
  • Optimise production schedules, minimize changes, and support urgent orders.
  • Investigate and resolve system errors, enhancing process efficiency.
  • Coordinate stock movements between warehouses and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Support warehouse improvements and participate in cycle counts and stock takes.
  • Collaborate on projects and identify opportunities to refine workflows.
