As HSE Manager, youll take a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the companys commitment to the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HSE policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Delivering HSE training to staff at all levels to foster a culture of safety.
  • Leading investigations into incidents and near-misses, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Driving sustainability initiatives and environmental improvements across the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an HSE professional in a technical, engineering, or energy-related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards.
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally a membership with IOSH.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
