Are you a passionate HSE professional looking to make a real impact in a thriving and innovative industry? Pearson Whiffin Recruitment is proud to be working with a highly respected business in the energy solutions sector, seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join their team.
As HSE Manager, youll take a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the companys commitment to the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HSE policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Delivering HSE training to staff at all levels to foster a culture of safety.
- Leading investigations into incidents and near-misses, providing actionable recommendations.
- Driving sustainability initiatives and environmental improvements across the business.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an HSE professional in a technical, engineering, or energy-related sector.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally a membership with IOSH.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
