This employee benefits arm of a national wealth planning and investment management firm is currently seeking an employee benefits administrator in East Malling (hybrid working).

In this role you will work alongside employee benefit consultants and assist them with processing cases for group pensions, and group risk and be actively involved in group protection scheme re-broking. As part of this role you will also help process monthly pensions, calculating pension forecasts, preparing for review meetings and liaising with clients.

This is a varied role with lots of opportunity to develop your experience within the position.

You must have either group pensions or group risk experience, ideally having both and experience working as an employee benefits adminsitrator.

Basic salary to £35,000, pension and benefits.
