Role offers part time hours over four days (Monday to Thursday) ideally seeking between 20 - 24 hours per week - hours to suit. Role is office based.

Ideally qualified or working towards CIPD Level 5. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you can quickly add value, you will be responsible for our employees well-being, handling a full scope of HR duties along with management of Health & Safety within the Company.

The roles includes:

A full scope of HR responsibilities and duties, including performance management, ER matters, learning and development and general HR support.

Acting as a main point of contact for our employees (c. 40).

To accurately process weekly and monthly payroll runs.

Supporting the professional development of our employees.

HR Administration, including management of our HRIS system.

Record and manage staff sickness & annual leave

Recruitment for all areas of the business including writing contracts, completing references and all necessary right to work checks and new starter inductions.

Oversee all Health and Safety including risk assessments and safe systems of work

Liaise with external contractors and companies

Previous experience/ management of Health & Safety within the workplace, ideally IOSH Working Safely Qualified.

Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and adapt/plan accordingly

Meticulous attention to detail.
