- Be a dedicated contact to a portfolio of clients from different industries and provide pragmatic, compliant advice
- Review or create Employee contracts and handbooks
- Provide general Employment Law advice, compliant HR guidance and legislation updates
- Complete annual reports including HR usage and recommendations
- Conduct on-site client visits to deliver on projects, annual reviews, employee relation issues e.g. Redundancy, TUPE, disciplinaries, grievances, training etc.
- Maintain healthy long-lasting client relationships
- Expand and develop the current client base through allocated new business towards a set target
- Expert technical HR knowledge
- In-house and/or outsourced HR experience
- Confidentiality and discretion
- CIPD Level 5/7 essential
- Driving Licence required due to office location and requirement to visit clients. This is either via car or public transport, e.g. train. All expenses paid for business related travel
