Responsibilities:- Lead Vehicles Adjustments and other MTA’s like Change of Address- Engage in ad-hoc re-broking cases to meet unique requirements, showcasing your problem-solving skills- Drive cross-selling and New Business opportunities on enterprise cases, unleashing your entrepreneurial spirit- Handle daily caseloads for incoming post enquiries and emails with precision- Cultivate lasting Client and Customer Relations to boost retention and satisfaction
Person Specifications:- Previous insurance experience, demonstrating your industry know-how- Project confidence with a polished telephone manner- Showcase your excellent communication skills and ability to express complex ideas with clarity- Display your organised and systematic approach to work, emphasising your attention to detail- Demonstrate your self-starter and self-motivated nature, thriving in a fast-paced, challenging environment- Exhibit your ability to work independently and make decisions that drive results
