Job Title: Sea Freight Supervisor
Location: Larkfield, KentSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonuses DOE
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sea Freight Supervisor to join our team. The Sea Freight Supervisor will oversee day-to-day sea freight operations, manage import and export processes, coordinate with customers, and ensure efficient freight delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sea freight operations
- Manage import and export processes
- Coordinate with customers to ensure efficient freight delivery
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ocean freight experience
- Experience in import and export processes
- Experience in customs clearance
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of international trade regulations
- Background in logistics or supply chain
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience using Descartes and BoxTop systems
