About the Role: Engage Education is recruiting intervention teaching assistants to provide support across our partner schools. These roles range from 1 to 5 days per week, with flexible contract lengths to suit your availability.

As an intervention teaching assistant, you’ll work with individual pupils or small groups to help close gaps in learning, particularly those caused by school closures. You’ll support children across various subjects, with a tailored induction provided upon appointment to assess the specific needs of the children you’ll be working with.
