Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Sales Pipeline and ensure forecasts are accurate.
- Manage opportunities, overdue activities, and reports.
- Prepare sales presentations and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for key sales personnel.
- Assist with sales campaigns, events, and project coordination.
- Oversee general administrative tasks, from expense management to visitor reception.
Requirements:
- Experience: Administrative or PA experience preferred.
- Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes & CRM systems (advantageous).
- Highly Organised: Ability to juggle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive Mindset: A go-getter who enjoys working as part of a team.
