Your Role:

  • Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • Handling Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger, ensuring prompt payment processing and credit notes
  • Supporting Head of Finance with Credit Control
  • Make construction contract applications for payment
  • Job Costing
  • Accruals, prepayments, stock take/processing/valuations

To apply for this role, you should have:

  • Previous PL & SL experience
  • Previous experience in preparing financial reports
  • Experience working with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive attitude
